At iteria.us, we don’t just solve problems—we help our clients evolve.We’re seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with specialized expertise in Payroll to design, configure, and implement payroll solutions that align with U.S. legislative requirements and organizational policies. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to build accurate, compliant, and efficient Oracle Cloud Payroll configurations that integrate seamlessly with other HCM modules.This role requires deep knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and the ability to translate business needs into clean, scalable Oracle HCM solutions.What You’ll Be DoingDesign, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud Payroll modules to meet client-specific business and compliance requirementsBuild payroll processes including pay groups, earning and deduction elements, and payroll balancesEnsure accurate integration of Payroll with Core HR, Time and Labor, and Benefits AdministrationCustomize the system for unique payroll policies, union rules, statutory obligations, and reporting needsCollaborate with technical consultants to support third-party system integrationsUtilize Fast Formulas for earnings, deductions, validation, and eligibility logic (preferred)Support UAT, go-live readiness, and post-deployment issue resolutionDocument system designs, test scripts, training guides, and user manualsPartner with developers, analysts, and PMs to ensure on-time, on-budget project deliveryWhat You’ll Bring to the Table5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, with deep knowledge of U.S. legislative requirementsProven expertise in payroll configuration and compliance within Oracle Cloud HCMHands-on experience integrating Payroll with Core HR, Time and Labor, and BenefitsStrong documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesFamiliarity with Fast Formula development is a strong plusExcellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related fieldOracle Payroll Cloud certification is preferredWork from Office requiredIteria.us offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and an employee centric culture.All employment decisions shall be made without regard to age, race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status or any other basis as protected by federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
