Overview Field Talent Acquisition Partner - Dallas - East. The Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter is responsible for collaborating with Operations to identify and screen quality Operations management/hourly candidates in assigned Region(s). This role researches innovative recruiting practices, devises sourcing strategies to build pipelines, and supports becoming an employer of choice. The position implements the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Serve as a partner to Operations in developing a periodic, quarterly, and annual regional recruiting strategy using Talent Acquisition and labor market data. Develop understanding of recruiting tactics and success rates to share and coach Operations. Proactively identify staffing needs in assigned areas. Partner with Operations to determine selection criteria and build alignment for diverse, high-quality Operations candidates. Plan interview and selection processes, including screening calls, in-person/virtual interviews, and Operations interview steps, evaluating technical competence, background, skills, and cultural fit. Identify candidate sourcing methods (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn) for Operations roles. Research innovative approaches and best practices used by competitor companies for presentation to Field HR and Operations leadership. Build internal and external relationships across postings, college recruiting, public organizations, and other sources. Prepare pre-employment background and reference checks, create offer letters, extend offers, and negotiate compensation and terms. Collaborate with Operations to support candidates through onboarding to ensure a best-in-class experience. Train and coach Operations on employment processes, including interview techniques and Taleo. Lead recruitment training at regional level (People Assessment, Interview guides, recruitment marketing strategies, sourcing training). Conduct open houses and in-person interviews with Operations and participate in college recruiting events to identify potential candidates. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders on recruiting efforts and maintain updated recruitment results through weekly reporting on results and projects. Prepare and provide reports on recruitment outcomes. Minimum three years of experience in recruiting for Operations management with a retail/hospitality company, including lead generation, creative sourcing, and cold calling experience. (Operations management experience may also be considered.) If hired, successful completion of annual store training. Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement for this position. Work Environment Travel and store environment, 25%-45% overnight travel. Pay Range: P2 $72,000-$101,500/Annual Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
