OverviewSe eking a SENIOR associate to join our Litigation Defense team - premises liability and auto negligence.Base pay range$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yrJob DetailsWe are primarily seeking attorneys with first-chair trial experience, as our practice model emphasizes full case ownership rather than primarily motion or research support. Our firm operates in a “siloed” structure, meaning each attorney is responsible for all aspects of their cases through trial. While we do not follow the traditional partner/associate hierarchy, more experienced attorneys may occasionally rely on younger attorneys for support on tasks such as motion drafting.BenefitsHealth Insurance (Health Partners) 3 plans offered. Firm pays 80% of the higher-deductible plan for employee only.
