Benefits are subject to plan terms and conditions.We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. We invite you to apply today!What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED.One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.At least 18 years of ageDemonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.Legally authorized to work in the United States.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 10 pounds.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Training RequirementsAll Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
