The ITAL Branch provides governmental employment law support, legal advice, document review and representation department-wide. The ACC will plan, organize, direct, and review the work of Senior Attorneys, Attorneys, and Paralegals; promote a collaborative environment; and participate in development of departmental policies related to the program areas and branch policies. The ACC is expected to be an expert in laws, regulations and policies applicable to programs within their Bureau, and to possess general knowledge of government, legislative, and litigation requirements and processes. The ACC also participates as a member of Branch and Legal management teams in policy development and implementation.Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and writing skills and is an innovative problem-solver.
