OverviewIron Mountain is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Onsite, High Volume Recruiter to join our team on a temporary assignment expected to last 6-9 months. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building our customer-obsessed culture by identifying and placing top talent in specialized non-exempt frontline, field associate positions across North America. Pay rate: $38 per hour.The initial onboarding and training will take place in the office onsite 5 days a week. Following a successful integration into the role, there is opportunity to transition into a hybrid work schedule, 3 days in-office and 2 days this role, you will leverage your expertise in full life-cycle recruitment, customer partnership, and candidate generation. You will thrive in our collaborative and high-performing environment, where a focus on internal and external customer satisfaction is paramount.The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a high volume workload, consistently meeting internal customer capacity needs within a KPI-driven setting.
