Powered, in part, by donations and retail customers, we change lives through the power of work.Position Summary: In this Talent Acquisition role with GWH, you/'ll lead the full recruitment life cycle, connecting talented individuals with opportunities and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You/'ll identify, engage, and hire qualified individuals, collaborate with teams to refine the hiring process, and support workforce growth. This role requires a people-focused individual who can work effectively in a team environment.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand employment needs, confirm current job descriptions, and document open positions through authorized personnel request forms.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and referring top candidates to hiring managers for interviews.Oversee the hiring process, including initiating background and pre-employment checks, extending offer letters, and managing new hire documentation.Ensure accurate and timely completion of onboarding tasks (I-9 documentation, direct deposit, Paycor enrollment) and facilitate new hire orientation.Develop and implement recruitment strategies with hiring managers, exploring traditional and innovative avenues to attract qualified candidates, and analyze recruitment outcomes to propose improvements.Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners (local job connections, colleges, universities, placement agencies) and support community staffing initiatives as needed.Generate regular recruiting progress reports on hiring and vacancy numbers for all openings and provide updates to management.Maintain organized new hire records in Paycor and IMIGIT, and perform other duties as assigned.Educate and guide hiring managers on hiring and enrollment process expectations, ensuring integrity and confidentiality of the staffing process.Additional ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate professionalism, good judgment, and a positive, cooperative attitude.Multitask, make timely decisions, adapt to change, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Adhere to all GWH Policies & Procedures, Loss Prevention & Safety Regulations, and GWH Guiding Principles.Maintain punctuality and professional appearance; conduct work safely and keep work areas neat and clean.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Be available for occasional after-hours and weekend work if necessary; have reliable transportation.Adhere to applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.QualificationsBachelor/'s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.At least two (2) years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency with supervisory -house recruitment experience hiring for retail, manufacturing, or similar roles.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other databases for sourcing, screening, and tracking candidates.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.Experience with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) is a plus.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Hiring Efficiency: optimize candidate-to-hire ratio with efficient sourcing and selection.Time to Fill: minimize the time to fill open positions.Data Integrity: maintain accurate staffing reports within the ATS and SharePoint.Process Excellence: uphold integrity and compliance in all pre-screening, internal recruitment, and external staffing processes.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, bend, and reach; lift up to 25 lbs.Able to spend most working hours at a computer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
