OverviewProgrammatic Solutions Consultant, Amazon AdsBase pay range: $59,400.00/yr - $127,000.00/yrAmazon Ads is looking for a Programmatic Solutions Consultant to support customers using our demand-side platform, Amazon DSP. This is a customer-facing role that collaborates with programmatic traders at agencies/advertisers and works with internal teams to address customer needs. Responsibilities Own the relationship with programmatic trading desk managers, engaging with multiple levels of the customer organization to understand business objectives. Provide onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, ongoing usage consultation, and industry best practices. Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations. Support the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting with product beta participation, capturing feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, Specialists). Define and improve processes and tools for the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team to better serve customers. There is a Day in the Life A typical PSC engagement includes onboarding new traders, delivering trainings on new product features, advising on beta features, consulting on business strategy, overseeing campaign execution, developing optimization recommendations, and monitoring impact. You will advocate for customers in internal forums, provide troubleshooting support, and translate feedback to inform product and services design. PSCs act as trusted advisors to help customers become proficient users of Amazon DSP. You will address customer objectives using our services and engagement practices to drive adoption of Amazon technologies. Your ownership, curiosity, and domain knowledge will enable you to speak to offerings with passion, authority, empathy, and clarity. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising in a consultative, hands-on role Experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles Experience with annual brand and media planning Experience with multiple programmatic technologies (DSP, RTB, optimization, ad verification/tracking, bidding engines, cookies, viewability, etc.) Experience owning relationships with programmatic decision makers Ability to present to B2B customers, onboard/train, or present plans to leadership Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce or online advertising Experience in omni-channel marketing, SEM or SEO Experience in digital analytics and/or DMP/CDP Vertical specialization within programmatic advertising Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected status. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US markets; base pay ranges from $59,400 to $127,000 depending on location and experience.
