Overview Mastercard Services provides cutting edge services in business & market intelligence, customer acquisition and engagement, security solutions, and open banking. The Digital Partner & Fintech Business Development team focuses on end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base, including large tech companies, ecommerce, fintechs, and program managers. The role is focused on generating excitement and demand for Mastercard Services solutions through consultative sales, strong analytical skills, and lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, expand existing relationships, and initiate new ones to qualify opportunities and promote Mastercard Services solutions to drive sales. Cultivate strong client relationships, collaborate effectively, and drive revenue growth and expanded buying centers. Proactively identify and qualify leads; demonstrate networking skills to generate new business opportunities. Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract execution; drive efficient sales cycles and urgency with clients. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and projections; maintain strong personal performance. Lead pitches and presentations, tailoring materials to audience needs and level of seniority. Collaborate with stakeholders to define engagement scope aligned with business objectives and client requirements. Support project/customer success teams in problem-solving and in structuring project workplans. Create and deliver concise presentations with key insights and recommendations. Coach team members and contribute to their professional growth; seek ongoing knowledge to contribute to intellectual capital. Qualifications / All About You Significant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, data & analytics, and/or cybersecurity solutions. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and oral). Exceptional relationship management and networking abilities across stakeholders; capable of influencing opportunities and revenue. Strong commercial drive with ability to monetize senior client relationships through empathy, thought leadership, and product knowledge. Ability to own and drive end-to-end sales including prospecting, scoping/pricing, business case development, contract development, client negotiation, legal approvals, signing, and project kickoff. Experience managing projects or teams; knowledge of the consumer and/or commercial payments market is a plus. High energy, drive, initiative, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
