**Description:** This role directly supports the AMMM CFO and plays a vital part in ensuring day/-to/-day operations run with focus, precision, and impact/. In a fast/-paced and highly sensitive environment, the Executive Administrator must demonstrate exceptional discretion, professionalism, and a forward/-thinking mindset/. Duties including providing support to the AMMM Finance and Contracts Directors as well as coordination of Key AMMM meetings/. This position also serves as back up to the Executive Administrative Assistant to the AMMM LOB VP GM, and routine coordination with the Aeronautics executive leadership team is required/. The ideal candidate brings both organizational excellence and strong technical fluency, managing calendars, meetings, and travel logistics with a high degree of independence and care/. Responsibilities include preparing briefing materials, coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing internal documents, and navigating shifting priorities with confidence/. Working collaboratively across functions and with other executive administrators is essential, as is the ability to maintain momentum behind the scenes while keeping critical details on track/. Beyond traditional administrative support, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a more modern, efficient way of working/. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin tools such as SharePoint, Catertrax, CONCUR, and Microsoft Teams is valuable, and a willingness to learn and apply developing technologies-including Artificial Intelligence-will help streamline processes and elevate productivity/. **Basic Qualifications:** - Proven experience providing executive/-level administrative support in a high/-paced, professional environment/. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite /(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook/) and experience using Microsoft Teams/. - Experience managing complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, support events and meetings, and process expense reports/. **Desired Skills:** - Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information and work effectively across multiple stakeholders, departments, and business areas/. - Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI/-based tools to enhance scheduling, document preparation, and administrative workflows/. - Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer proactive solutions/. - Demonstrated experience supporting executive visits, team events, and morale/-building initiatives/. - Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast/-paced, high/-visibility environment/. **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
