Transportation Project Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Transportation Project Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in roadway and transportation design. This role is focused on supporting the design and delivery of public infrastructure projects for local and state agency clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving transportation systems. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare plans, reports, maps, drawings, cross-sections, and specifications. * Support roadway, drainage, and traffic control design improvements. * Contribute to the preparation of construction documents. * Collaborate with engineers, planners, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget. * Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, codes, and regulations. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of relevant transportation/roadway design experience. * EIT certification required; PE license preferred (or ability to obtain in the near future). * Proficiency with design software such as MicroStation, InRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or similar tools. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
