The Service Technician reports directly to the Community Manager and is responsible for the daily maintenance operations of the property, including: * Completing all service requests in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining landscaping, pool care, and grounds upkeep * Performing preventive maintenance tasks and inspections * Supporting turn-key operations for apartment make-readies Qualifications * HVAC or EPA certification preferred * Pool maintenance experience preferred * Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience with a focus on repairs, customer service, and upkeep * Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair Apply Today!
