Youll also work closely with teachers, families, and special education staff to create individualized plans that help students thrive in the classroom and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Provide therapy services to students in school-based settings.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals.Maintain timely, accurate documentation per district and state guidelines.QualificationsMasters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility).ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.Prior school-based experience strongly preferred but not required.Strong collaboration and communication pensation & BenefitsLocal Contract (W-2) $50$58 per hour (based on experience) Weekly direct deposit.
