Their values center on agility, customer-centricity, and operational excellence.Role SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Merchant Onboarding Specialist to support the expansion and success of our clients marketplace. This role is instrumental in ensuring new merchant partners are onboarded smoothly, trained effectively, and set up for long-term success on the platform.You will serve as a key liaison between merchants and internal teams, providing tailored onboarding experiences, regional insights, and ongoing support. Your contributions will directly impact merchant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and market growth.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide new merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and platform requirements are completed accurately.Conduct virtual training sessions to help partners navigate and utilize the platform effectively.Customize onboarding materials and sessions to reflect regional preferences, regulations, and market dynamics.Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants in assigned regions, offering localized support and insights.Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants until they transition to the customer success team.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues and facilitate cross-functional coordination.Collect and analyze feedback to improve onboarding processes and platform features.Support market expansion efforts by identifying and onboarding merchants in new cities.Key RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.24 years of experience in customer service, account management, or merchant onboarding, preferably in food service or delivery.Strong understanding of regional food service landscapes and regulatory environments, especially in Florida and Texas.Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, interpretation, and reporting.Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
