Core competencies include good communication and strong analytical skills.Responsibilities and DutiesAbility to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents Monitoring performance of sub-contractorsUnderstanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards Manage the job schedule including foresighted scheduling that recognizes potential trade overlapsLiaison between client, sub-contractors, vendors and inspectorsSubmit daily progress reports with photosTroubleshoot issues that arise on the jobParticipate in Construction tasks where requiredMonitor QualityAdditional duties as neededQualificationsHigh School Graduate, some college/trade school preferred5-year experience supervising construction projectsExperience using hand toolsIntegrity, Can-do attitude, PersonableClimb ladders, go on roof, lift up to 50 lbs.
