Advisor Revenue & Performance | Multifamily Asset Management Firm | Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, NY, Denver or Los Angeles Our highly successful real estate asset management firm is hiring an experienced real estate Advisor for Revenue and Performance in either their Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, NY, Denver or Los Angeles offices. The Advisor - Revenue & Performance - is responsible for managing all aspects of their assigned operator partners, portfolio and markets, including managing daily pricing and revenue manager support, execution of revenue strategy, property performance, managing the operator and onsite relationship and internal client firm communication. As such, the Advisor - Revenue & Performance is required to become an expert in Multifamily Revenue Management, Performance Analytics with Benchmarking, Business Intelligence as well as various other internal communication platforms. This position is a hybrid schedule. Our client is offering a very competitive base salary, bonus, and benefit package.Please send resume to Shay Force, Director: AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and maintain positive relationships with operators and client companies at all levelsAct as a liaison between operators and other Client Firm departments and support services to ensure smooth implementation and continued support of systems and processesArticulate the Client Revenue Management value proposition and develop credibility for its concepts and benefitsTrain operator resources on revenue management conceptsRegular review of rate recommendationsRegular discussions with on-site, regional and asset managers related to pricing questions, execution of Asset Strategy and general operating performance. Common questions would include observations on staffing and marketing.Monthly performance measurement analysis and reporting to senior management regarding financial results, revenue management adoption behavior, leasing velocity and market conditionsServe as liaison within client company to ensure consistent communication between parties regarding issues and changesOngoing education of operators regarding pricing practices and the Price Optimizer systemCoordinate with other teams as needed to facilitate overall success REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors degree strongly desired; equivalent experience within industry may be acceptable3-5+ years industry experience in Multi-Family Property Management, Asset Management or Market Research preferredExperience with multi-family business intelligence and benchmarking tools is beneficial (Performance Analytics with Benchmarking, Rentlytics etc.)Advanced technical and analytic skills preferred but not necessary (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Asana)Experience using technology such as Multifamily Revenue Management Systems, BI Solutions, Property Management Systems, Chatmeter, Microsoft Dynamics, SigmaExperience delivering professional presentations and communicating with senior executivesStrong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detailAbility to adapt to change and work well in a dynamic environmentAbility to work outside normal business hours at times depending upon workloadOpenness to travel monthlyOTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:The following will also be required of the successful candidate:Strong organizational and prioritization skillsStrong attention to detailGood judgmentStrong interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work harmoniously and effectively with othersAble to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretionAble to work under pressureAble to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
