Your new companyHays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading construction and real estate developer to hire a Regional Construction & Facilities Manager.Your new roleThe job duties of the Regional Construction & Facilities Manager will include, among others:- Oversight of capital projects, preventive maintenance activities and ongoing facilities maintenance- Work with the VP on CAPEX reviews, project plans and timelines- Conduct onsite visits frequently to ensure projects are meeting guidelines- Work with local stakeholders, including local businesses and vendors, on communicating goals and progressWhat you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:- Proficiency in MEP, trade, and trade certifications in HVAC and Plumbing are highly preferred- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Construction Management, preferred, not required- Proficiency with MS Office Software/residential software a strong plus; knowledge of building codes- Up to 50% travel is required.
