Provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and resolve issues quickly. Handle checks and process payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations. Collaborate with fellow staff and management to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service (willingness to learn is essential). Professional, polished appearance and demeanor. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
