Temp-To-Perm Contract Administrator

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a Temp-To-Perm Contract Administrator Overview: Temp-To-Perm Contract Administrator*****A privately-owned oil and gas company*****At least one year of contract administrator experience*****On-Site 5 days per week in South Gate***** Support Chief Legal Officer, attorneys and other employees with contract drafting review, negotiation, and administration. Assist with gathering of information in response to subpoenas, discovery requests and similar inquiries. Maintain legal related intranet sites and manage all aspects of contract database. Prepare responses to governmental and other public agencies regarding general corporate information on the company. Attend meetings to assess progress on projects which are in motion and take detailed notes to share with stakeholders. Collaborate with IT, business teams and potentially outside consultants to finalize implementation of a new contract management software and internal processes to optimize productivity. Create reports from the contract management software to assist with tracking of expiration dates and other key contract terms.***** College degree required. At least 1-4 years of experience as Contract Administrator or related role required.
