PRN Caregiver | Flexible Hours

We’re seeking dependable individuals to join our team as we set the standard for aging and end-of-life care with our compassionate, person-focused approach. The ideal candidate will help us light the way toward a society where all are met with humanity, belonging, and peace. The role demands exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with a team toward a common goal. ResponsibilitiesResident Care & SupportAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and ambulation Providing toileting and incontinence care, including catheter checks and brief changes Medication & Health MonitoringAdminister prescribed medications to residents per their care plan and complete appropriate documentation Monitoring residents’ conditions and working in tandem with their hospice team to address any changes Mealtime SupportServe meals based on each resident’s individual needs and assist with feeding as needed Light meal prep, kitchen cleanup, and dishwashing may be required Environment & Room CareMaintain clean, safe, and comfortable spaces for residents and visitors Sweeping, mopping, bathroom sanitation, laundry, etc. Teamwork & CommunicationCoordinate with fellow caregivers to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent resident care Accurately and promptly document care activities and updates Emotional & Social SupportProvide compassionate support to residents and their families, fostering a warm, respectful, and comforting environment Scheduling ExpectationsPRN staff must submit monthly availability to their supervisor and work at least two (2) shifts per month. To ensure coverage, shifts may be assigned based on the availability provided. These shifts are expected to be fulfilled unless a change is approved in advance. Other shifts are offered as they become available. These can include short-notice and same-day opportunities across a variety of times, including day, second, and night shifts on weekdays and weekends. Additional Information:Employment is contingent upon completing a drug screening, TB test, and background check. While CNA certification and fluency in a second language are not required, they may enhance your effectiveness in this role.
