A privately held, mission-driven consumer goods company is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborativeRegulatory Affairs Specialistto join its in-house legal and compliance team. This role supports a diverse portfolio of food, beverage, and agricultural products sold across domestic and international markets. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to shape labeling strategy, support global expansion, and contribute to a best-in-class regulatory function. What You'll Do Review product labels and claims for compliance with U.S. and international regulations. Support new product development by advising on ingredient formulations, nutrition facts, and substantiation. Track and interpret regulatory trends, enforcement actions, and legislative developments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and ensure documentation accuracy. Develop tools, SOPs, and training materials to strengthen regulatory compliance across the organization.What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in nutrition, food science, or a related discipline. 2+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within a consumer-packaged goods company. Strong working knowledge of FDA labeling laws; international experience is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
