Assistant Property Manager*****Real Estate Investment & Property ManagementOur client, a well-established real estate investment and property management firm, is seeking anAssistant Property Managerto join their team in Westlake Village. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the property management field.The Assistant Property Manager will support day-to-day operations across a portfolio of properties, with responsibilities ranging from tenant relations to financial oversight. Assist with CAM reconciliations, budgeting, invoice processing, and work order management.Prepare and review reports, including property budgets and expense reconciliations.Respond promptly to emails, calls, and tenant inquiries to ensure excellent customer service.Support lease administration, including insurance compliance.Collaborate with senior management, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Previous Assistant Property Management experience required.Strong knowledge of financial reporting and property budgeting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet research.Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, elevators, fire-life safety, plumbing, electrical) preferred.Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
