Patent Agent or Attorney (Northeast)

Our client is seeking an exceptional Patent Associate or Patent Agent to join the intellectual property team in several offices nationwide. The ideal candidate will be a Patent Associate or a Patent Agent with 2-4 years of experience. Candidates must have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical, biotech, chemistry, chemical, biomedical. The successful candidate will have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, assisting in the preparation of opinions and conducting prior art searches OR patent litigation in high tech or life sciences. USPTO admission is preferred. Both agents and attorneys are welcome to apply.
