This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.Position Type: Part-Time (Every Other Weekend)Shifts Available:Every Other Weekend 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMWage Range: $17.60 - $20.60 / depending on experienceLocation: 3750 Lawndale Ln N, Plymouth MN, 55446Caregiver Responsibilities:* Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs) which may include bathing/showering, shampooing of hair, fingernail and foot care and medication administration. * Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan. * Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
