We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who can confidently step into an already-in-motion program and start adding value quickly. This is a 3 month contract to full time hire position! A big part of this role is experience withretail-first productbrands. While most performance marketers come from DTC-heavy backgrounds, we’re specifically looking for someone who knows how to build campaigns that drive in-store velocity at mass retail partners like Target, Walmart, and Amazon. The ideal candidate understands how to think about incrementality, how to approach testing when attribution is imperfect, and how to build strategy even without the closed-loop conversion tracking available in a typical DTC program. They should also be able to draw a clear connection between on platform marketing KPIs (engagement metrics like shares, comments, engagement rate, CTR, CPC, CPM, watch rate, view-through, etc.) and broader business outcomes—specifically, retail sales lift—using whatever insights and data points are available (e.g., sales reporting through Tableau, etc.).Equally important is creative strategy. We need someone who can ideate and pressure-test content, provide specific direction to editors and content creators, and build systems for optimizing creative over time (think: hook testing, hold rate analysis, thumbstop rate, etc.). Experience working with UGC creators, influencer content, and other asset types is important. This role is not just media buying—it’s deeply tied to performance content.Lastly, we’re looking for someone collaborative, curious, and kind. This person will be partnering closely with other members of the marketing team—creative, influencer, brand, etc.—and ideally will be as comfortable writing creative ad briefs as they are digging into performance data.Required Skills & Experience● 3+ years of proven experience managing social media advertising programs, specifically for retail-driven CPG brands. ●Direct experience working with toy and game brands. - Please note we will not be accepting candidates with only D2C experience for this Role. ● Experience working with brands such as Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc. ● 3+ years of experience in command of Meta and TikTok advertising, including channel-specific creative formats and best practices as well as platform-level metrics and reporting tools. - YouTube, X and Reddit experience a plus. ● Experience with POS aggregator tools (e.g., Tableau) to analyze real-time sales data and measure the impact of marketing initiatives. ● Demonstrated success in managing substantial budgets and delivering impactful campaigns. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive improvements. ●Self-starter mentality and ability to work in a face-paced environment. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly regarding the intersection of creative strategy and social media pensation: $40-$45hr USD.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
