Executive Assistant to Managing Directors – Global Investment FirmBoston, MA (Hybrid) $100K – $115K + Annual Bonus Generous PTO | 401(k) with Match | Full Medical, Dental, VisionAbout the Role Our client, a prestigious Boston-based investment firm, is seeking anExecutive Assistantto support two high-profile Managing Directors. This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier financial services environment, where professionalism, precision, and energy are valued. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and resourceful, with5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally infinancial services or consulting. You will manage calendars, communications, travel, events, and assist with marketing or creative initiatives—serving as a trusted partner to the executives. Key Responsibilities Provide seamless administrative ***** manage calendars, appointments, meetings, video/conference calls, and events with accuracy and efficiency. Independently coordinate complex meetings involving senior-level clients, regulators, and partners. Exercise discretion in prioritizing executive time and evaluating needs. Arrange complex domestic and international travel and manage itineraries. Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports. Act as liaison between executives, their teams, and external partners, handling calls, visitors, and inquiries professionally. Determine priority of matters for the executives; redirect tasks to staff as appropriate. Keep executives informed of time-sensitive issues and ensure proper follow-up. Prepare materials such as meeting agendas and handouts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Handle sensitive financial, legal, and company information with professionalism and discretion. Support Board meeting logistics and collaborate across multiple business lines and geographies. Ideal Candidate Will Have 5+ years Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives. Bachelor’s degree required. Experience infinancial services or consultingstrongly preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM or social media experience a plus.
