Job *****Senior Operations Leader*****Delaware, OH (On-site with relocation support available)We’re working with a global chemical manufacturer looking for an experienced operations leader to oversee and evolve the day-to-day performance of a key production facility. This individual will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and output across both solvent- and water-based production lines.Reporting directly to site leadership, youll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting long-term strategic goals. Own Plant ***** Lead daily operations across production, EHS, quality, maintenance, and engineering functions.• Champion Safety & ***** Ensure regulatory compliance and drive a safety-first culture across the facility.• Drive Process ***** Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and project management principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.• identify and nurture talent within the operation.• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline• 10+ years of plant or operations management experience in chemical manufacturing• Solid understanding of Lean / Six Sigma principles (certification preferred)• Experience managing unionized teams in a production environment• Project management experience and comfort working cross-functionallyHit the apply button and let’s chat about what this opportunity could look like for you.
