We offer a full suite of integrated technologies—ranging from security and CCTV to whole-home automation—with a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences.** Responsible for assisting with all aspects of onsite installation of systems Basic installations may be performed with little supervision Manage van stock and tools as well as van maintenance and appearance Run low voltage wires in new construction Trim out equipment Communicate effectively Customer service, including the ability to work with high profile and high demand customers Guardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/home security Adherence to state and federal laws, including adherence to traffic lawsWhat We’re Looking For (Qualifications): 1–3+ years of experience in low-voltage, security, or AV system installation (residential or light commercial) Bonus points for commercial fire system knowledge or NICET certification Strong troubleshooting and low-voltage wiring skills Ability to read basic blueprints or site documentation Tech-savvy mindset with the desire to learn new platforms and systems Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach Self-starter with strong organizational habits Valid driver’s license and clean background check Strive to exceed estimated time objectives for yourselfAdditional ** Flexibility to meet customer demands by working overtime when required Ability to work in tight spaces & at ladder height Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and criminal backgroundWhy Join JM Resources?
