We’re looking for aTechnical Designer (Fashion)who’s passionate, resourceful, and ready to help us level up. What You’ll Do Own the technical design process from prototype to pre-production Measure fit samples and prepare for fittings (live model + dress form) Audit garment construction and ensure quality across categories and fabrications Lead fit sessions and translate feedback into clear, actionable comments (written + visual) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fit, fabric, and wash quality meet brand standards Communicate directly with overseas vendors—professional, timely, and precise Proactively identify and solve product/quality issues before they impact timelines Track, manage, and prioritize workload across multiple categories What You Bring Deep knowledge of apparel design, garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and technical drawing Experience leading fittings and making accurate fit corrections Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite Experience writing detailed spec sheets across multiple categories Keen eye for apparel flaws and production issues—with the ability to influence solutions Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable—able to thrive in a fast-paced, ultra-collaborative environment Excellent communication skills (written + visual) with a knack for clarity and precision Perks & Benefits Competitive salary ($110K–$130K DOE) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off A seat at the table shaping one of the fastest-growing Gen Z brands Reports *****Sr. Director of Design Operations & Product Development ⚡*****This role ison-site in Los Angeles (Mon–Thur) with remote Fridays.
