Quality Control Manager

Day to *****Insight Global is seeking a Mechanical Contractor QC Manager to support ongoing projects with Dynamic Systems, Inc., a leading mechanical contractor in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. These roles are critical to maintaining high standards of quality across complex mechanical installations on large scale commercial projects. You will serve as the SME for mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory codes, and client expectations. The role includes both field and office responsibilities, overseeing 1–2 QC technicians, managing documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. You’ll conduct inspections, lead audits, and provide updates to project stakeholders while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.What You Will ***** Develop and implement quality control procedures for mechanical construction projects Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues Supervise QC technicians and ensure alignment with project goals Maintain accurate documentation including inspection reports and corrective actions Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to uphold quality standards Interface with clients to address concerns and provide progress updates Support commissioning and TAB efforts as neededMust ***** 2–5 years of experience inmechanical contracting(commercial or light industrial) Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in mechanical systems Experience in mechanical quality control or commissioning (TAB experience preferred) Proven ability tooversee QC processes and manage 1–2 technicians Comfortable working both on job sites and in office environments Strong documentation and reporting skills Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASME, NFPA, IPC/IMC, TAS) ***** Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management degree Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical environments Background in hospital or data center projects Leadership experience or project oversight
