The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and building a culture that supports both employees and guests. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all Human Resources and Training functions. Serve as the property’s primary liaison forunion negotiations, grievances, and compliance matters. Partner with the executive team to align HR strategy with the hotel’s mission, culture, and goals. Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to support employee engagement and retention. Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and community engagement initiatives. Foster a workplace environment that prioritizes both compliance and a culture of excellence. Qualifications Union 6 experience in hospitality is required— this is a non-negotiable requirement. Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Background in luxury or upscale hotels strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and collective bargaining agreements. Energetic, influential leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
