Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Manager FP&AThe FP&A Manager will report to the Senior Director of Finance. The position will be responsible for all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis including but not limited to forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling and variance analysis. Create and maintain forecasting/budgeting P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models as well as the development of financial models to address business needs.Manage the identification of trends, opportunities, and risks to inform management decisions.Partner with various levels of finance and cross-functionally among the business to ensure alignment on priorities and direction.Support day-to-day operations with various finance functions.Provide cost/benefit analysis of various financial elements of potential new initiatives.Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.~8+ years professional experience in corporate finance, accounting or financial planning & analysis.~ Strong critical thinking skills and understanding of budgeting, planning and projection processes.~ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.~ BPC/SAP experience a plus.~ In return, our client provides an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects their industry leadership.
