Enclave is solving the hybrid work problem by bringing small, tech-enabled coworking spaces to the suburbs. Right now, suburban professionals face a false ***** work at home or commute to the office. Our 100% remote managed spaces empower professionals to work near what matters most, close to home, in an environment designed to enhance productivity.The company operates locations in the Chicago area, Washington, DC, and LA and recently closed a Series A financing round to fuel expansion efforts in those towns and Boston. Enclave is looking for a Boston General Manager to manage our day to day operations across the region and to lead our continued expansion in the area. The GM will be the lead on the ground responsible for site selection, growth, sales, staff management and daily operations.Responsibilities are as diverse as working with real estate agents to find the next Enclave location, managing general contractors, overseeing facilities staff, personally performing day to day operations tasks when necessary and coordinating member services and tours. Partner with community groups and organize networking events, workshops and other activities to raise awareness of EnclaveLeverage social media posts to tell the local Enclave story and generate leadsWork with the advertising team to localize ads, direct mail and other outreach tacticsManage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are familiar with our services and amenitiesDaily Location OperationsHiring and managing a team once the business grows in BostonMaintain locations and manage necessary fixesHire and oversee contractors where necessaryExpansion and Construction ManagementOversee construction and report back to operations team on progressExperience in operations, marketing, sales, or a customer-facing role a plusAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM software and other customer success tools is a plus.Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and driving customer satisfaction.While this is a hybrid role, travel throughout the suburbs/towns will be required.
