Accountable for achieving prescribed company objectives in regard to cost, productivity, inventory turn and customer service (fill rate and on time delivery). The ideal candidate should be ambitious and entrepreneurial. She/he should contribute to a positive culture and have outstanding team-building skills. This role is hybrid (on-site/remote) and you will be working in our corporate headquarters at ROW DTLA in downtown Los Angeles.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain up-to-date and accurate forecast based on historical data analysis on assigned accounts. Plan weekly/monthly requirements and release purchase requisition. Take necessary corrective actions to bring inventory to optimal level. Monitor inventory level to achieve service level and inventory turn objectives Work closely with assigned vendors and sourcing team Interface with Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Customer Service, Finance, and Product Development as required to support Supply Chain and Corporate objectives. Coordinate introduction/change/deletion of SKU’s for the assigned accounts.QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of relevant professional experience; background in consumer goods industry highly desirable Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or Operations Management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis); strong working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle and/or NetSuite Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and global regions including LATAM Spanish language proficiency is a plus Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems with minimal oversight Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills; able to manage competing priorities and deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Positive, self-motivated individual with a proactive approach and entrepreneurial mindset Confident decision-maker with the ability to exercise sound judgment and provide constructive solutions Deep understanding of the importance of accuracy, timelines, and process improvement Willingness to roll up sleeves and take ownership of tasks beyond job scope when necessary Experience working in smaller, high-growth companies is a plusAt Pacific World Corporation, we are an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer seeking diversity in qualified applicants for employment.
