Agents will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing and securing commercial properties, providing market analysis, negotiating terms, and closing transactions. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, maintaining property listings, liaising with landlords and tenants, and continuously updating market knowledge.QualificationsExperience in commercial real estate, including sourcing and securing properties Strong negotiation and closing skills Proficient in market analysis and property valuation Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of New York City and Pennsylvania real estate markets is a plus Relevant licensure and certifications in real estate
