Quality Control and Safety Manager

AtLMC Corporation, we keep America running by providing essential construction and maintenance services to public-sector clients — from schools to government facilities to military bases. We are seeking an experiencedQuality Control and Safety Manager (QCSM)to oversee safety and quality standards for multiple construction projects under a 4-year IDIQ USAF contract at Goodfellow Air Force Base.Key Responsibilities Provide quality control and safety management across up to 10 active projects. Perform daily site visits to ensure compliance with safety requirements and project specifications. Prepare and maintain daily field notes, QC reports, material submittals, and shop drawings. Coordinate inspections, testing procedures, and compliance documentation. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure proper execution of fast-track, design-build projects. Train and mentor superintendents in quality control and safety practices.Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (10+ years preferred). Proven experience with IDIQ, JOC, or SABER contracts (DoD/USAF experience preferred). Strong background in managing multiple subcontractors and concurrent projects ($250k–$1M range). Familiarity with Microsoft Project and e4clicks/RS Means estimating (or willingness to learn). Ability to pass a DoD background check and obtain base access. OSHA, EM-385, and USACE CQM certifications a plus (or ability to complete within 6 months).
