MPE (Manufacturing Product Engineering) Job Description Main *****New Product Introduction ***** Lead the new product introduction process, ensuring a smooth transition of products from R&D to mass production on the production line. Lead the supply manufacturing tasks during the new product introduction process, including NPI, diagnostics, PCB, PMC, equipment, IE, quality, and other related fields. Lead the engineering development of new products, including process development and custom label/sticker design. Lead and complete the initial production of new products, pre-production trials, and small batch production activities. Complete DFM (Design for Manufacturability) checks during product development, identify manufacturability issues, and drive improvements with R&D to resolve them.Mass Production Product ***** Write customized production instructions. Solve process issues and provide technical support to production lines. Handle production site exceptions. Lead the transfer of mass production products to new factories, ensuring the product can be mass-produced at other facilities. Provide technical support for other project requirements.This position requires in-depth knowledge of the new product introduction process, the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with various departments, and the capability to solve technical and process issues during production. A background in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related engineering fields is required. At least 5+ years of relevant project experience is needed. Experience in the server industry is preferred.
