Finance Specialist-Accounts Receivable Full Time

This role contributes to the budgeting process and supports ad hoc analysis on various departmental expenses. This role is location onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, OH with a hybrid schedule.Analyze and report on key drivers of sales, margin, and inventory performance, highlighting risks and opportunitiesLead monthly forecast updates and variance analysis in partnership with Sales, Marketing and other department headsPrepare business performance reporting and presentation materials for management, investors, and the Board of DirectorsDevelop and enhance financial models to deliver scenario and ad hoc analysis related to sales trends, margin drivers and inventory positionsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, data accuracy and planning disciplineMust have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Master’s degree preferredMust have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an FP&A roleMust be advanced in Microsoft Excel, specifically in using functions, pivot tables, data analysis, and building financial modelsMust be proficient in Microsoft PowerPointMust be knowledgeable of GAAP accounting and how it relates to budgeting and forecastingMust have functional knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to write financial reportsAll employment decisions at Arhaus are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or belief, family or parental status, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.
