Job SummaryWe are seeking a Safety Trainerto join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver and evaluate occupational health and safety training programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, subject-matter expertise in OSHA and workplace safety standards, and the ability to engage participants across diverse industries.Responsibilities Develop and conduct safety training programs (in-person and virtual). Deliver OSHA-authorized training courses and specialized safety modules. Assess training needs and customize materials for specific industries. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA, etc.). Support workplace safety audits and provide recommendations. Stay updated on evolving safety regulations and best practices.Qualifications Certified OSHA Outreach Trainer (Construction and/or General Industry preferred). Minimum three (3) years of experience in occupational safety, training, or related field. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
