Temp Office Administrator / Mailroom Clerk / Reception Support*****Secaucus, NJ (onsite) *****Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM *****$25/hr *****ASAP start through end of year *****A leading global fashion company headquartered in Secaucus, NJ OverviewA top global fashion client in Secaucus, NJ is seeking aTemp Office Administrator/Mailroom Clerk/Reception Supportto cover full days on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This role supports a busy corporate office of 180–200 employees across two floors and requires flexibility to assist with mailroom, office administration, and light reception.Responsibilities Restock kitchens across three office spaces and provide general office upkeep. Support the mailroom by scanning and distributing incoming packages and preparing outgoing shipments (domestic and international via DHL, FedEx, UPS). Serve as backup to the package manager when needed and assist associates with shipping needs. Act as point of contact for building-related needs, coordinating with building engineers as required. Assist with office management tasks including conference room booking, supporting events, and handling occasional reception/phone coverage (low call volume). Qualifications Previous office administration, mailroom, or receptionist experience preferred. Shipping/mailing knowledge a plus, but training will be provided. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Reliable and comfortable working onsite in a corporate setting.
