As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting our E-commerce business, you will be instrumental in driving visibility, efficiency, and performance across the Babylist Shop. You'll partner with the Senior Finance Manager to lead analysis for our commerce engine, with a focus on topline and margin optimization. This role partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting and Data to evaluate strategic investments, improve reporting, and support our company-wide goals through financial insights.The ideal candidate will have :QualificationsAt least 3-5 years of experience, ideally with experience in an FP&A role in a high growth consumer technology or e-commerce companyStrong background in E-commerce and associated metrics and concepts, such as AOV, gross to net, unit economics, gross margin vs contribution margin, etc.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and precision in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and large dataset managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insightsExceptional communication and presentation skills (including data visualization), with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity and an ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesPassion to continuously provide exceptional customer service to all internal business partners.Demonstrated expertise in synthesizing large datasets from business intelligence platforms and financial systems to empower an organization to efficiently plan and monitor financial performance.Bachelor/'s degree in economics, Finance or a related field. The starting salary range for this role is $92,209.00 to $139,855.00, representing the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this position.Your starting salary within this range will be determined based on your skills, experience, and work location, with future adjustments informed by role growth, performance, and internal pay equity.
