You’ll lead complex sales cycles, engage senior legal stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor as customers evolve their tech stacks with vLex.This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role ideal for someone who’s energized by both relationship-building and category-defining technology.What You’ll DoOwn a named account list and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to contract close.Lead product demos and executive meetings that connect legal pain points to clear business outcomes.Build strong, lasting relationships with legal buyers—from innovation leads to practice heads to C-suite decision-makers.Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to shape messaging and support success.Help evolve our sales playbook by capturing learnings and identifying scalable strategies.Represent vLex at industry events and conferences, building thought leadership and visibility across the market.Bring client feedback directly to the product team to help guide roadmap priorities.Qualifications & ExperienceA proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in legaltech.Consultative selling skills—you ask smart questions, read the room, and translate product features into customer impact.Experience running complex, multi-threaded deals with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.High proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales metrics.Willingness to travel to client meetings and events as needed.Legal background or JD a plus, but not required.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong business acumen and ability to align sales motions with company strategy.Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Highly organized with strong project management skills.Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.What We OfferAt vLex, we believe people do their best work when they’re healthy, supported, and empowered—both in and out of the workplace.
