Human Resources Information System Specialist Our client is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Developer to support their team. This role will serve as the primary technical resource for their HR application, focusing on development, integrations, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain the HRIS, ensuring system integrity and data accuracy. Build and manage custom reports, dashboards, and data integrations to support HR operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access, data, or performance in collaboration with HR and UKG support. Partner with HR and IT teams to evaluate and implement new features, optimize workflows, and streamline processes. Monitor system performance, analyze recurring issues, and recommend improvements. Manage release schedules, testing, and change requests for HRIS updates. Support documentation, training, and technical ticket resolution as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of development experience. Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data structures. Technical proficiency with reporting, integrations, and workflow automation. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and cross-team collaboration. Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate preferred. Experience with UKG a plus.
