Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.ResponsibilitiesProvides project/program management support to the Directorate's Engineering Branch to include conducting problem identification, requirements analysis/gathering for various initiativesFacilitate decision making meetings and analytic exchangesResearch and document systems process workflows and data flowsLeads or supports development, review of engineering management processes, documentation, and implementationParticipates in team building research efforts and sharing of analytical techniques and research methodologiesFacilitates and work with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Working Groups to develop and maintain program and project plans and chartersDevelops artifacts required by the Joint Requirements Integration and Management System Directive (DHS MD 107-01), and other pertinent artifacts that enable the Directorate to respond to internal and external inquiriesManages schedule, program/portfolio reporting, track deadlines/milestonesManage the action item database to resolution and monitor risk management activitiesSupport development, execution, and management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU), and Inter-Agency Agreements (IAAs)Analyze developing capabilities and resolve issues in existing toolsQualifications3 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in business, management, engineering, finance, or information management preferredExperience in operations research systems analysis or related field preferredFamiliarity with decision analysis methods to evaluate analytic tools, data, and processes to determine their feasibility usefulness and value, and present the resultsPrevious work with CBP and/or USBP is a plusProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePointAbility to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholdersAbility to effectively solve problemsStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenA true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environmentExperience with the MD-102, MD-107 Directives; DHS Acquisition Life Cycle Framework (ALF) and/or Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) management processesExperience with the CBP Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Accountability (PPBA) framework and processes is a plusEqual Employment OpportunityLMI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
