RoleROLE: Adobe Creative Cloud Applications AnalystOverviewDESCRIPTION: On-site support required for the USCG C4IT Learning & Media division, as well as for CG-DOL. Team support includes Web / SharePoint, IT Customer support for MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, hardware issues, and Graphics support. Performed at Coast Guard Headquarters (CGHQ) in Washington, DC. Responsible for analyzing user needs, providing technical support, and ensuring that all applications are functioning effectively to meet creative demands. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain a seamless workflow.Role DetailsREQUIRED: Active Public Trust Clearance - Moderate or High Risk4 Years of demonstrable experience providing direct & indirect user support to personnel on the subject software suite. Must be available during business hours of 0700-1600 (with 1 hour lunch) EDT. Location: Onsite in D.C.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular assessments of Adobe Creative Cloud applications to ensure they meet the needs of users.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users experiencing issues with Adobe applications.Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to enhance user skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.Collaborate with creative teams to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in application usage.Monitor application performance and implement solutions to optimize functionality and user experience.QualificationsProven experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field preferredExperience in a training or instructional role related to software applications.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles.SkillsStrong analytical skills will be utilized to assess application performance and identify areas for improvement. Communication skills are crucial for delivering training sessions and collaborating with creative teams to gather feedback. Problem-solving abilities will be applied daily to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that enhance user experience.
