OverviewRole: ServiceNow Business AnalystLocation: Redwood City, CA – HybridInterview Note: First round is Virtual and second round is In personCertification is mandatory; should have either ServiceNow admin or developer or ITSM implementation pany: Minisoft Technologies LLCResponsibilitiesTranslate business processes into system requirements and/or development of systems solutionsAnalyze new business requirements, assess feasibility of enhancement requests, system functionality, current system use, and user needsSpecify functional analysis and design and work with developers and analysts to recommend solutions and resolve system issuesDevelop workflow documentation and translate requirements to user storiesDefine and document test scripts for user acceptance testing and coordinate user acceptance sign-offPerform testing of new ServiceNow development, upgrades, and patchingAnalyze data and provide data sets to users for analysis; may include development of operational and analytical reports for end-usersDevelop instructional materials, training and job aids in the form of Knowledge Base ArticlesMinimum Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree and five years relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Major Incident, Asset management, CMDB and Request ManagementProven problem solving and analytical thinking with ability to approach problems logically and systematicallyAbility to design and document complex business systemsMust have experience building wireframes for development teamAbility to gather and document business requirements, write detailed user stories, and define acceptance criteria using Agile/Scrum methodologiesKnowledge of ITIL conceptsKnowledge of principles and techniques used in conducting system analysisSkill in conducting interviews and facilitating group meetingsCollaborate with the project team to meet the identified scope and timelineExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with individuals of varying systems expertise and business needsExpertise in designing and delivering ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards, reports, and KPIs following ITSM best practices.
