Fuel Systems (Security) Engineer - Expert JOB DESCRIPTION Fuel is seeking a Systems Security Engineer to join our program team in creating a new mission enclave. This role requires expertise in operational, administrative, and technical aspects of system build, with a focus on user experience and integrating diverse data sources. You will collaborate closely with core technical groups specializing in big data within a mission context. Your goal is to analyze tools, data, and processes to develop concepts for future system build and implementation. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in problem identification, requirements analysis, operational context understanding, and information security mandates. Experience integrating different data types from multiple sources, working with requirements engineers and architects to ensure successful integration. Effective communication skills across programs, with clients, stakeholders, and contractors. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or with a small team. Experience sharing knowledge and learning collaboratively to ensure team success. Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects. Experience using authority to drive action. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training. Active TS/SCI clearance with current FS polygraph. Desired Qualifications Master’s Degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, management, or an MBA.
