Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Analyst

OverviewWe are seeking a Mid-Level Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Analyst to join our team in Reston, VA. In this role, you will contribute to critical national security missions by supporting all-source analysis on counter–weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) threats and related intelligence priorities. This position involves producing finished intelligence, conducting all-source analysis, and supporting collection efforts focused on CBRNE threats, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and their intersection with counterterrorism activities. You will assess, interpret, and forecast developments with regional and functional implications for U.S. national security.Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesProvide analytic support to counter-WMD programs and contingency operations.Conduct all-source analysis on WMD, CBRNE, missiles, delivery systems, and advanced tegrate intelligence from multiple sources to forecast and explain complex security issues.Support analysts, engineers, and scientists with a full range of intelligence and administrative tasks.Review analytical products to ensure compliance with tradecraft standards and ICD 203/206 guidelines.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.At least 3 years of experience supporting finished intelligence analysis.Strong knowledge of ICD 203/206 standards (DIA/IC writing).Experience reviewing analytical products for quality, tradecraft standards, and evidentiary support.Proficiency in all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis.U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Poly.Preferred QualificationsCertified DoD Analyst with experience in both tactical and strategic assignments.Demonstrated ability to produce reports for senior DoD decision-makers.Strong understanding of DoD intelligence processes, standards, and analytic tools.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation Technology, Other, and AnalystIndustriesArmed Forces, Military and International Affairs, and Defense and Space ManufacturingReminders: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing.
