OverviewWe are partnering with a large, mission-driven non-profit organization in Brooklyn, NY, to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Manager. This individual will oversee high-volume AP operations across multiple entities while leading and developing a team of three AP specialists.Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pmSchedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFHBase pay range$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yrKey ResponsibilitiesManage the full accounts payable cycle across multiple entities, processing hundreds of invoices weekly.Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of three AP specialists, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.Review, approve, and reconcile vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense reports.Partner with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline AP workflows.Leverage Yardi to oversee AP operations and maintain financial records.Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and municate effectively with senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.5+ years of progressive AP experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.Proven success managing high-volume AP functions (hundreds of invoices weekly).Yardi system experience required (non-profit industry experience a plus, but not required).Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving work terview ProcessVirtual interview(s)On-site meeting with leadershipHow to apply: For a quicker response, please send your resume to detailsEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Accounting/AuditingIndustries: Non-profit OrganizationsEEO statement: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ascendo Resources. #J-18808-Ljbffr
