ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent client service to multi-state companies with property tax complianceEvaluate information presented on property tax returns before, during, and after preparationAssist in property tax bill payment and return preparation using PTMSReview assessment notices to identify any discrepancies QualificationsMinimum eight years of recent experience in personal property tax compliance preparing property tax returns, bill payments, and valuation notices using PTMSBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityLicensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM, CMI or MTX, in addition to others on KPMG/'s approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentialsAbility to develop business and foster client relationshipsExperience with various other taxes and their impact on property taxStrong knowledge of the development, planning, and execution related to property tax Position detailsSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: General Business Salary, benefits, and equal opportunityKPMG LLP and its affiliates comply with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
